RP Series Mobile Printers
The RP Series mobile printers offer the most rugged and reliable performance for route accounting, direct store delivery, citation printing, car rental return receipts and field service workers. Frequent drops, vibration and exposure to dust and water are just a few examples of the regular abuse that mobile printers endure. The RP Series printers are designed to withstand these harsh conditions and give you years of reliable thermal receipt and label printing.
The RP Series mobile printers are built for the most rugged environments with a wide temperature spec and IP54 rating for dust and moisture ingress. They are optimized for all-day receipt printing at up to five inches per second and are designed for label printing as well. The RP Series comes in different print widths to match your particular application, and each version can print a range of print widths as well.
All versions come with a rechargeable battery that can be charged inside or outside the printer and was designed to last a full shift for most use cases. When a battery needs to be changed during a shift, it is hot-swappable. The printer can run for 20-120 seconds (depending on wireless communications) without a battery and not lose connectivity or need a restart, thus enhancing productivity. For applications where the printer is permanently mounted in a vehicle and to power, a battery eliminator option is available.
The printer also tracks its health and provides analytics related to the battery age, printhead condition and any unusual or extreme environmental conditions the printer has encountered. This allows you to manage your fleet of printers and get the maximum uptime.
Accessories include a variety of mounting solutions to meet your application requirements. The RP Series printers use the same mounting attachment as the widely used MFxT printers to allow the printer to drop into current installations with a retrofit adapter. The printers are also compatible with all popular thermal printer languages and protocols.
Features
Ultra-rugged design:2 m (6.6 ft) drop tested, tested to 1000 0.5 m (1.5 ft) tumbles, IP54 dust and moisture ingress and wide operating temperature range.
Fast boot up and prints receipts up to five inches per second.
High-capacity battery that can be swapped out without resetting the printer or losing connectivity. Battery age provided as part of printer analytics.
The printers can support labels with and without a liner, and sense gaps between labels or black marks on the top or bottom of the media.
Analytics on battery age, printhead condition and environmental history of printers can help you plan for proactive maintenance and replacement
Honeywell PC23d Desktop Printer
The Honeywell PC23d embodies the entry into desktop label printing. It is ideally suited for numerous applications in which quite often smaller quantities of labels, tags, wristbands, etc. are needed, as well as a switch between laser and inkjet printing. Its attractive price tag, performance and scalability are its strongest arguments.
Standard, the Honeywell PC23d supports many important printer languages. Integrating the desktop printer is therefore simple. Configure it without a PC; a USB stick suffices. Its user-friendly design with an integrated LCD display supports users on a daily basis, reduces the need for training and even allows for media roll changes with a single hand. Honeywell placed great value on the ergonomics and durability of the PC23d during its development. The elegant, double-walled clamshell housing is robust enough to stand up to long-lasting wear and tear. Its small footprint also allows you to place it in cramped areas. The expandable local spectrum of interfaces comprises a USB interface standard, and optionally a serial, parallel and Ethernet interface, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
Honeywell PD43/PD43c Light Industrial Printer
The Honeywell PD43/PD43c is a further stage of the successful label printers PD41 and PD42. Thanks to both its metal housing and print mechanism the printer delivers robust performance and impresses with its incredible compactness. Handling and longevity are increased as a result of its tools-free replaceable print head and platen roller. The printer remains customizable even after its purchase: easily equip it with a 300 dpi print head, cutter or peeler at any time.
The PD43 supports label rolls in various core sizes (1'', 1.5'' and 3'') and ink-in and ink-out ribbons in lengths up to 300 m. The PD43 runs apps right inside the printer, yet it is ultra compact. A print speed up to 200 mm per second at a resolution of 203 dpi will impress. The colour display controls local applications directly, making it easy to use. Either C# or Fingerprint is available for programming interfaces.
Even connect a scanner directly to the printer – there is no need for a host system, which consequently reduces costs.
Honeywell PM43/PM43c Mid Range Printer
The mid-range label printers PM43 and PM43c from Honeywell stand apart with their large performance spectrum, reliability and crisp print results, as well as simple integration. With their durable metal housing they are made for versatile usage in rough environments. Contact-free configuration and a clearly arranged touch control panel ensure for high productivity.
Both printers are entirely network-capable. For this purpose use the integrated Ethernet port or optional b/g/n Wi-Fi for wireless communication. Thanks also to the optionally integrated Bluetooth module the PM43 and PM43c also reliably communicate with mobile and peripheral devices. Internal applications ensure the management of additional devices, making an additional PC completely unnecessary. A wide variety of interfaces give you the necessary leeway. The integrated web interface simplifies efficient device monitoring during operation.
Honeywell PX4i Industrial Printer
The PX4i from Honeywell belongs to the series of highly robust industrial label printers. With its metal housing and modular design, use it without worry for industrial label applications. Optimised for continuous operation, its high print speed up to 300 mm per second and the support of individual printer languages make it an extremely adaptable label machine for media widths ranging from 25 mm to 120 mm. Variants with 203, 300 and 406 dpi offer the right model for every assignment.
An Ethernet port, Wi-Fi and the support for the network protocol IPv6 ensure for long-term top performance and scalability. The intelligent printer functions of the PX4i additionally support stand-alone applications. Thus, using a PC is unnecessary, plus you may also directly control peripherals, such as scanners, etc. With the RFID option you also produce intelligent RFID labels. Thanks to the QuickMount magnetic design, change the printer head particularly quickly and easily. A standard 16 MB Flash and 32 MB SDRAM await you.
Honeywell PX6i Industrial Printer
The high-end model for industrial label printing is the Honeywell PX6i with metal housing. Use this powerful printer for all applications where wide labels up to 170 mm are required. When used round the clock it produces labels and tags with a speed of up to 225 mm per second (203 or 300 dpi). With the RFID option you even produce RFID labels. Complete network support via Ethernet and Wi-Fi guarantee a secure connection into existing infrastructures and networks. Its modular design makes integration into every label application easier.
Directly control additional peripheral devices with the PX6i, such as scanners. Additionally, intelligent printing functions support its operation as a stand-alone printer. This saves you from needing a PC while also decreasing the complexity in your network. The PX6i processes standard with 32 MB SDRAM and 16 MB Flash memory. You can increase the Flash memory as needed via the memory card slot. The integrated USB host and device interfaces, as well as a serial interface (parallel is optional) guarantee flexibility when used together with other devices.
